She helps CivicPlus accomplish our mission to improve government by using her knowledge and prior experience to bridge the gap between company and customer, support agencies through transitions, and help customers streamline their request process. She lives in Northwest Montana and enjoys spending time outside with her family.

CivicPlus Customer Success Manager Abigail Nittler supports customers using the NextRequest platform to streamline workflows and stay informed on new product enhancements. She brings more than three and a half years of experience at CivicPlus, having previously served as both a Customer Success Manager and an Account Manager supporting a wide range of CivicPlus products, including Municipal Websites, SeeClickFix 311 CRM, Recreation Management, Process Automation and Digital Services, Web Accessibility, and Mass Notification. Known as a problem solver and team player, Abigail values cross-functional collaboration and takes a customer-centric, accountable approach to her work.
